We only sell what we would personally consume ourselves, ensuring the highest standards of quality and care.
Shipping Information:
- We ship all orders via Australia Post Parcel Post or Express Post (you can choose the shipping method at checkout).
- Average delivery time is 3 to 10 working days. However, please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as postal delays or natural disasters.
- If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact Australia Post directly, and also let us know via our contact form so we can assist in resolving the issue.
Payment:
- We accept payment via credit and debit cards and direct bank transfer (EFT). For EFT, we will email you the details once you place your order.
- All payments are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). We use Stripe for credit card processing, employing the highest level of card security available through 3D Secure technology. This ensures that your payments are protected with an additional layer of authentication, making your transactions secure and reliable.
Returns/Refunds:
- We follow Australian consumer law, and as such, we do not generally accept change of mind returns. However, exceptions can be made if the product packaging is unopened and the product is still sealed. In such cases, you may return the item within 14 days of purchase, with the customer responsible for return postage.
- We will happily refund any orders prior to shipment or those returned to us with the outer product packaging unopened, in line with the conditions mentioned above.
- Our products are stringently quality-controlled and batch-tested for freshness, aroma, and potency. As these are natural products, potency may vary, which is beyond our control. However, we strive to source the freshest products available. Returns will not be accepted for reasons other than demonstrably poor product quality.
- Please note that we cannot accept returns if you change your mind, don’t like the flavour of the tea, or for other arbitrary reasons.
